Underwater What?
Underwater hockey is a fast-paced team sport played at the bottom of a swimming pool using fins, snorkels and short sticks.
Players dive down to push and flick a puck across the pool floor and into the opposing goal.
✓ No experience needed - you just need to be a confident swimmer.
What to Expect on your First Night
Weekly Practice Session
Each week we follow a structured 2-hour session to get the most out of our time:
19.15pm – Meetup, Setup Pool, and Gear Up
19.30pm – Fitness and Warm-Ups
19.50pm – Individual & Group Skills
20.30pm – Game Time!
21.00pm – Post-Game Snacks & Drinks
New Player Info
Most of our members started exactly where you are. We provide everything you need to get started. Just bring a swimsuit, towel and a sense of adventure:
First Session: Training is free! (8CHF pool entry fee)
Skill Level: Confident Swimmers
Equipment: We provide mask, snorkel, fins and sticks
Community: A friendly, international crowd, mixed-gender group of all ages.
